Peter McArthur

  • Peter was born in Adelaide, South Australia , and Born-Again through a dream in which the Lord confronted him and told him to Repent!
  • Trained at St. Michael’s Theological College, South Australia (1969-74) he graduated with a Diploma of Theology from the Australian College of Theology, Canberra. Completed the Wollaston Theological College Intern Course, in Western Australia 1975.
  • Ordained a Minister in the Anglican Church he ministered at three Anglican parishes in Western Australia from 1975 through to 2001.
  • Founded The Issachar Ministry as a teaching ministry to the wider Body of Christ.
  • Participant at the International Feast of Tabernacles, Jerusalem 1992, 1996 and 2000.
  • Since 1983 he has led outreach teams and taught in Madras, Vellore, Mumbai, Chennai and Kovilpatti (India), in Manila (Philippines), Singaraja on Bali (Indonesia), and more recently in Chitwan and Kathmandu (Nepal).
  • Taught at YWAM bases in Perth (Western Australia), Mumbai (India), and Bali (Indonesia).
  • He resigned and disassociated himself from the Anglican Church in March 2001 to minister independently across the Body of Christ.
  • Continued to teach and write through The Issachar Ministry.
  • Co-founded the non-denominational and independent City of Palms Fellowship, in Carnarvon, Western Australia, in 2001.
  • Peter has a heart for Israel and teaches on the Hebrew roots of our Christian faith.
  • Currently he is linking in with those concerned to establish the Five Fold Ministry as a viable and effective foundation for the next move of God.
